Processed Fluid Chemistry Data collected using the Jason II ROV from the Lau Back-arc Basin during the Melville expedition TUIM05MV (2005)

This data set was acquired with a Major Fluid Sampler and IGT Gas Tight Fluid Sampler on the Jason II ROV during Melville expedition TUIM05MV conducted in 2005 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Margaret Tivey; Investigators: Dr. Michael J. Mottl, Dr. Jeffrey Seewald, Dr. Geoffrey Wheat, and Dr. Margaret Tivey). The data file is in Microsoft Excel format and includes Fluid Chemistry data that was processed after collection. The data was acquired as part of the projects: Sampling and Initial Characterization of Hydrothermal Fluids, Deposits, Microfauna and Megafauna at Vent Fields along the Eastern Lau Spreading Center; and, Venture Deep Ocean, Lau Basin Expedition 3 of 5.
