We targeted multiple freshwater species across taxa using multigene eDNA metabarcoding to identify multiple species across taxa in twenty-four 4th order streams in coastal Oregon on federal, state, and private lands. We were interested in understanding the spatial variation and species patterns of freshwater biodiversity across forest stand age. We have reads from primers targeting fishes, amphibians, crayfishes, freshwater insects, bivalves, mammals, fungi, and forest and animal pathogens.
