Optimised lanthanide(III) tags for rapid and efficient protein labelling in EPR and luminescence applications (dataset)

This dataset contains all the EPR data underpinning the work. It is sorted into DEER data for the proteins measured, the echo-detected field sweeps and the phase memory relaxation files. These files are either ascii format or Bruker (proprietary) .DTA/.DSC format which can be read away from the Bruker spectrometer using software such as EasySpin. LOG, EXP and DSC files contain the meta data. The mass spectrometry results for the Gd.PyNO labelling of the protein are present in Excel. There is a short readme text file included.
