The records in this series reflect the responsibility of the Office of Strategic Planning and Administrative Services for the formulation of overall policy and operational procedure of the Department. Issues covered in the minutes include Human Resources Management, Employee Relations, Financial Planning, Vehicle Management, Purchasing, Property Management, Project Development and Evaluation, and General Administrative issues.Each set of meeting documents contains an agenda notice, and any relevant reports, correspondence, memorandums, and briefings to the Secretary/Minister. There are no minutes in the traditional sense, instead for each meeting there is an action sheet, detailing outstanding issues, the action officer, comments on action taken or action to be taken, and a due date for action.
