We used RNA_Seq to quantify cellular transcripts in human immortalized N/TERT-1 keratinocytes upon knock out of genes delineating key subtypes of glycosylation pathways in humans. Overall design: 2 different knock out clones of each B4GALT5, C1GALT1, C1GALT1C1, MGAT1, POFUT1, and POGLUT1, as well as 2 technical replicates of wild type.
