The influences of 40 hours treatment of 30 μM chrysin (CAS No: 480-40-0) or 30 μM nifurtimox (CAS No: 23256-30-6) on A549 cell gene expression profile were examined by RNA sequencing. A549 cells were treated with chrysin or nifurtimox at a final concentration of 30 μM for 40 h. Vehicle controls were treated with 0.1% v/v DMSO. Both treatments and their own vehicle controls were performed in biological triplicate.
