Transcriptomic profiling of Neuropilin 2-expressing CD4+ T cells

We report a novel Neuropilin 2-expressing CD4+ T cell subset that modulates immune responses in vivo. Overall design: Human CD4+ T cells were isolated from venous blood and in vitro activated with 3 mcg/ml phytohemagglutinin for 16 hours. NRP2pos and NRP2neg cells were subsequently FACS-sorted and gene expression profiling was performed on 4 biological replicates.
