资源简介:
Synovial fluid derived mesenchymal stem cells (SFMSC) play an important regulatory role in the physiological balance of the temporomandibular joint. IL-1β, as an important pathogenic factor of temporomandibular joint disorders, can affect the biological behaviors of SFMSC, such as inflammatory activation and chondrogenic differentiation. The functional roles of lncRNA and mRNA expression profiles in SFMSC altered by IL-1β are undefined. The aim of this study is to identify the lncRNA and mRNA expression profiles of SFMSC altered by IL-1β. SFMSC was isolated from synovial fluid samples which was donated by 3 temporomandibular joint osteoarthrosis patients when they accepted arthrocentesis and lavage treatment. Differentially expressed lncRNA and mRNA in SFMSC before and after treatment with IL-1β in vitro were detected using human Arraystar Human LncRNA Microarray V3.0, containing 30,586 lncRNA and 26,109 coding transcripts. Probable function for lncRNAs and mRNAs were predicted according to lncRNA-mRNA network.
