Transcriptome profiling of Arabidopsis WT and mips1 mips3 seedlings with and without inositol supplementation

This project contains RNA-seq data from Arabidopsis thaliana wild-type (WT) and mips1 mips3 seedlings grown with or without myo-inositol supplementation. The inositol-rescue design separates transcriptional programs dependent on restored inositol biosynthesis (mips1 mips3 with vs without inositol) from inositol-independent gene expression changes attributable to noncatalytic MIPS functions (WT vs mips1 mips3 under inositol). Three biological replicates were collected for each condition.
