The form error prediction dataset was developed by the Institute of Production Engineering and Machine Tools, designed to predict form errors in 5-axis machining using graph neural networks. This dataset comprises quality data, process data and simulation data, covering a wide range of information generated throughout the entire machining process. The compilation of this dataset leverages material removal simulation, machining process data, alongside post-processed quality inspection information. It is primarily utilized for form error prediction in the manufacturing industry, with the objectives of enhancing machining accuracy and reducing quality control costs.
