This study aims to investigate the transcriptomic changes in 4T1 mouse breast cancer tumors following treatment with the chemotherapeutic drug gemcitabine. The 4T1 cells were implanted into BALB/c mice to establish a tumor-bearing model. After tumor formation, the mice were treated with gemcitabine. Tumor tissues were then collected from both the gemcitabine-treated group and a control group. RNA sequencing was performed to identify differentially expressed genes and signaling pathways affected by gemcitabine. The goal is to elucidate the molecular mechanisms of gemcitabine's anti-tumor effects and potential resistance mechanisms in this aggressive breast cancer model.
