Marinobacterium sp. YM272 Genome sequencing

This BioProject covers the complete genome sequencing and analysis of a Marinobacterium strain isolated from mangrove sediment in Langgen Village (Beihai, Guangxi, China). It aims to assemble and annotate the genome, mine it for secondary metabolite potential, and identify biosynthetic gene clusters responsible for natural product synthesis. The resulting high-quality assembly will serve as a reference for future studies of Marinobacterium-derived metabolites and environmental adaptations.
