CAMKV geneknockown induces transcriptomic changes in neuroblastoma cell line NGP

To investigate the effect of CAMKV knockdown on transcriptomic profiling in neuroblastoma and delineate the role of CAMJV in neuroblastoma growth. We knockdowned the gene exprssion of CAMKV in NGP cells and performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq. We compared the transcriptomic change between CAMKV knockdown groups and the control groups. Differential gene expression (DGE) analysis of RNA-Seq was conducted with the R statistical package DESeq2 (v1.28.1). We performed gene set analysis on DGEs by over-representation test on the ConsensusPathDB web-portal. Genes detected in our experiments are selected on the background list.
