From Survival Reflex to Strategic Statecraft: A Text Mining Analysis of Türkiye's Mining Policy

This repository contains the complete raw textual dataset and the custom Python source code used for the quantitative text mining analysis in the manuscript titled "From Survival Reflex to Strategic Statecraft: A Text Mining Analysis of Türkiye’s Mining Policy". The dataset covers 65 years (1963-2028) of macroeconomic planning documents and sub-sector technical reports related to Türkiye's mining governance. It includes the raw Turkish PDF documents, custom stop-word lexicons, and the Python scripts used for TF-IDF and Sentiment Analysis.
