THERMAL INSULATION FROM ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY RECYCLED RAW MATERIALS IN SLAB SHAPE

1. Thermal insulation material comprising shredded recycled material， hemp fiber and a two-component binder， characterized in that the thermal insulation material additionally contains a preservative additive and in that the shredded recycled material is optionally shredded waste paper， more precisely， glossy paper， magazine， magazine books， cardboard， napkins， packaging materials such as disposable coffee cups， tetrapacks and egg briquettes， and plastics， in particular polyethylene and iron， aluminum particles， the recycled material accounting for 50% of the total weight of the material， hemp fibers accounting for 20% of the total weight of the material， the two-component binder accounting for 24.5 to 26.5% of the total weight of the material and said preservative makes up 3.5 to 5.5% of the total weight of the material. The thermal insulation material according to claim 1， wherein the fibers of said recycled raw material have a fiber length of 2 to 6 mm. 3. The thermal insulation material according to claim 1 or 2， wherein the two-component binder consists of a core of polyester fibers and a coating of an ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer or other organic ethylene copolymer with a polar comonomer， in particular acrylate. Thermal insulation material according to any one of claims 1 to 3， wherein the preservative additive comprises sulphamic acid， aluminum hydroxide and silver. 5. Thermal insulation material according to any one of claims 1 to 4. further comprising a fiber length of the two-component binder of 6 to 40 mm. Thermal insulation material according to any one of claims 1 to 5， wherein the length of the hemp fibers is 3 to 10 mm. Thermal insulation material according to any one of claims 1 to 6， wherein the thermal insulation material is in the form of a plate with a thickness of 50 to 250 mm.
