该数据资源为疫情线索核查系统在业务运行中收集到的业务使用数据，包括健康情况：01-没有上述情况；02-发热（体温>=37.3）；03-乏力、干咳、流涕、腹泻（逗号分隔）,到达社区,风险区域旅居史填写的国家等信息。
This data resource comprises operational service data collected by the Epidemic Clue Verification System during its daily business operations. The collected information includes health status records with the following predefined options: 01 - No above-mentioned symptoms; 02 - Fever (body temperature ≥ 37.3℃); 03 - Fatigue, dry cough, runny nose, diarrhea (symptoms separated by commas), as well as community arrival information, travel history in high-risk areas, and countries declared for travel history records, along with other relevant information.
