This project aims to validate the genome editing efficiency and off-target profiles of CRISPR-based base editors across in vitro cell models and in vivo systems. Amplicon sequencing was performed using Illumina platforms, and raw FASTQ files were deposited to support reproducibility of NGS-based off-target analysis.
