The activity of the compounds against bloodstream trypomastigotes (BT) and intracellular parasites was evaluated during their incubation at 37°C and at 4°C for 24 h and 48 h.All assays were run at least two times in duplicate.IC50 values = Compound concentration that reduces the number of parasites by 50%.SI* = selectivity index corresponds to the ratio LC50/IC50 – For BT and intracellular parasites calculated on LC50 values of 24 and 48 h of incubation at 37°C, respectively.Bz = Benznidazole.
