Genotyping of a mapping population (Nerica4 x DJ123)

A mapping population was constructed by crossing an upland cultivar Nerica4 and a phosphorus-efficient landrace DJ123 to dissect genetic factors involved in phosphorus utilization and tolerance to low phosphorus environment. A phosphorus-efficient NDJ188 line that derived from an original Nerica4 x DJ123 cross was backcrossed with Nerica4, and successive BC1F5 generation was genotyped via RAD-Seq.
