Transcriptomics F4 metagenomic clone (Fractions 13 and 24)

The gut microbiota is a considerable source of biologically active compounds that can promote intestinal homeostasis and improve immune responses. We identified a heterodimeric ABC-transporter from a Firmicutes which allows the extracellular accumulation of three muropeptide precursors, with anti-inflammatory properties. We report Microarray data on human monocyte-derived dendritic cells (moDC) exposed to UDP-M-TriDAP and UDP-M-TetraDAP (F24) and M-TriDAP-MP (F13) purified from the supernatant of recombinant E. coli surexpresssing the heterodimeric ABC-transporter described in https://doi.org/10.1073/pnas.2306863120.
