Large-Sample Wildfire Study Dataset

Dataset used for large-sample study of wildfire effects on river hydrology. Wildfirestudydata.zip contains flow time series and GAGES-II metadata for over 8,000 US catchments (catchment area normalized), along with information on 898 burns between 1980 and 2018. It also contains time series data for precipitation, evapotranspiration, and potential evapotranspiration for over 6,500 catchments, also normalized for catchment area, contained in the folder GAGES_TS_LitersPerDayPerSqKm. Official Figures.zip contains copies of figures in the study, along with all supplemental figures and tables. WildfireandWater-code.zip contains all code used for extraction, analysis, and visualization of data.
