Geotextile microbiome

We are submitting raw sequence data to the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA) from environmental samples collected along the shores of the Ems and Weser rivers. The primary aim of the studies was to investigate the chemical (abiotic) and (micro)biological parameters, as well as the hydraulic and structural boundary conditions in areas with ochre formation phenomena in estuaries, in order to record the environmental conditions of ochre-clogged filters.
