Amazon and Africa Rhyssinae comparison data

This dataset contains the data and analyses of our paper on the relative species richness of Amazonian and African sites (link to come when published). We collected rhyssines (Ichneumonidae: Rhyssinae) by Malaise trapping in Peruvian Amazonia (Amazon 1998, 2000, 2008, 2011) and in Uganda (Uganda 2014–2015), and compared the results.<br> The script (2 Compare Ugandan and Peruvian rhyssines.R) will usually be of the greatest interest. It contains the R code used to analyse the data and create the figures in the paper.
