ChIP-seq for H3K27ac or H3K9ac was performed in different platinum sensitive and resistant epithelial ovarian cancer cell lines and in sensitive A2780 cells with shRNA induced knockdown of MBD3. Overall design: H3K27ac ChIP-seq in A2780, A2780cis, CAOV4, CAOV4cis cells and A2780 cells with a control or two MBD3 shRNAs. H3K9ac ChIP in A2780 and A2780cis cells.
