Sequences of Cx. pipiens Densovirus from Cx. pipiens larvae pools. Sequencing adaptors removed, data filtered for >q30 quality and read length >45nt (cutadapt 1.9), the reads were de novo assembled into contigs using SPAdes 3.6.2. Taxonomic assignment was obtained through searches against the NCBI RefSeq viral database with an e-value cutoff of <10-3. CpDV contigs quality were assessed by mapping using Bowtie 2.1.0 (options end-to-end very sensitive).
