Structural and functional genome annotation, RNA-seq differential expression results, and R scripts for the analysis of Rhodoglobus galactosidasius strain CPHL_1(T)

This dataset contains the structural and functional genome annotation of the Antarctic actinomycete Rhodoglobus galactosidasius strain CPHL_1(T), the complete RNA-seq differential expression results, and the R scripts used for transcriptomic data processing, statistical analysis, functional enrichment, and figure generation associated with the manuscript. The differential expression results include all genes tested in the DESeq2 analysis, irrespective of statistical significance. This complete dataset is provided to support the reproducibility, transparency, and independent reanalysis of the transcriptomic results.
