This data set contains bright-field microscopy images of medaka embryos (1-25hpf) at different temperatures between 18 °C and 36°C. The images were recorded in a Keyence BZ-X810 microscope with a framerate of 2 minutes. The starting points can be found in the file dataSets_info_medaka.
