Genomic analysis of pathogenic bacteria isolated from clinical samples in St. Petersburg and Voronezh, Russia. Enterobacteriaceae

This project includes genomic data of bacterial isolates collected from fecal and urine samples of patients with various gastrointestinal diseases in St. Petersburg and Voronezh, Russia, between 2016 and 2024. The dataset focuses on Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica serovars Enteritidis, Thompson, and Muenchen, enteropathogenic Escherichia coli (EPEC), enteroaggregative Escherichia coli (EAEC), Klebsiella oxytoca, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Campylobacter jejuni. This study aims to explore the genetic characteristics, pathogenicity mechanisms, and potential antimicrobial resistance profiles of these clinically significant isolates.
