Elderly individuals have an increased incidence of cancer. It is suggested that aging of immune system impairs anti-tumor immunity. To investigate aging influence on the therapeutic efficiency of adoptive T cell therapy, we analyzed aged and young OTI-TCR-T cells using melanoma mouse model.
