RNA-seq of depletion of TMEM2 during Caco-2 cells treated with hypoxia/reoxygenation

We analyzed the expression profile of 183891 mRNAs in Caco-2 cells with or without TMEM2 knockdown using RNA-seq analysis under hypoxia/reoxygenation condition. Overall design: In the study, we profiled mRNA expression in Caco-2 cells of 3 hypoxia/reoxygenation group and 3 hypoxia/reoxygenation with TMEM2 knockdown group.
