Sepsis is a complex syndrome characterized by organ dysfunction triggered by dysregulated host response to infection, and the kidney is the most commonly injured organ. To model septic-induced AKI in animal, a well-established mouse model induced by caecal ligation and puncture (CLP) was established. To reveal the dysregulated circRNAs in renal cortex from Sham and CLP mice, we carried out circRNA expression profiling by using circRNA microarray. We collected the renal cortex fom mice subjected to CLP treatment (n=3) and control mice (n=3).
