USP2 inhibition overcomes CD47-mediated phagocytosis suppression and enhances anti-tumor immunity.

USP2 inhibition by ML364 treatment significantlly suppressed tumor growth. We aim to investigate the impact of ML364 treatment on the immune microenvironment of tumor-bearing mice by single-cell sequencing. The subcutaneous LLC tumors from mice treated with ML364 or the control were dissociated into single-cell suspensions, which were then subjected to single-cell sequencing.
