The goal of this study was to identify the potential change in promoter peak profiles for RNA Pol II and Myc in the presence and absence of the inhibitor THZ1 in MYC-driven medulloblastoma. RNA Pol II and Myc ChIPs were conducted in the D458 cell line in the presence or absence of THZ1 or DMSO as control. An antibody targeting total histone H3 was used as a immunoprecipitation control.
