PNCC District Plan Unformed Roads

Unformed roads, also known as “paper roads,” are legally established road corridors recorded on survey plans but not physically constructed or maintained to the Council’s level of service for the roading network. They form part of the city’s legal road network on paper and are generally owned by the Council. Notes: The "Updated" date you see on this item indicates when the metadata was last revised. It doesn’t necessarily reflect when the data inside the feature layer was last refreshed.
