Pineapple-Slice: the dataset of cross-sectional slices of pineapple fruit

This dataset contains images of cross-sectional slices of pineapple fruit. Based on image size and the inclusion (or exclusion) of image augmentation, the dataset has been prepared in three different formats as following:

1. Pineapple slice_640 by 480 size (original size) images: This contains images of pineapple slices in original size as captured by camera. Annotation files are also included.

2. Pineapple slice_640 by 640 size images: This contains images of pineapple slices resized to YOLO format. Annotation files are also included.

3. Pineapple slice_640 by 640 size images_Augmented: This contains images of pineapple slices resized to YOLO format. The size of dataset has been increased by augmentation ratio of 10x (10 versions per source image). Annotation files are also included.
