Reproducibility archive for ALM–ALT–T2D genetic-statistical framework and SERPINA1 locus prioritization

This record provides a reproducibility archive and analysis record for a manuscript investigating the ALM–ALT–T2D genetic-statistical framework and SERPINA1 locus prioritization. The archive includes final archival R scripts, parameter records, processed supplementary result tables, sessionInfo records, PPI metadata, STROBE-MR checklist materials, and documentation of input-data access routes. Scripts 01–05 document the final analysis logic and interpretation boundaries and do not rerun all analyses by default. Full rerun requires users to obtain the raw GWAS/GEO inputs listed in Supplementary Table S1 and configure local paths according to the repository README. Large GWAS summary statistics subject to third-party access or redistribution terms are not redistributed. This archive is intended as a reproducibility archive and analysis record, not as a one-click full rerun pipeline.
