Transcriptional profiling of endothelial cells in the cerebral cortex of a Abcb1a-TRAP (ES3026) mouse line

TRAP translational profiling is a method that allows investigators to genetically characterize specific cell types in complex tissues such as mouse brain. Using this technique we obtained RNA-Seq data from actively translating transcripts present in endothelial cells in the cerebral cortex of adult Abcb1a-EGFP/Rpl10a (ES3026) mice. Overall design: TRAP-Seq of endothelial cells in the cerebral cortex of adult Abcb1a-EGFP/Rpl10a (ES3026) control mice. Please note that the ES and JL are the initials of the investigators that extracted the RNA. There is no other functional distinction between the samples.
