Processed R serialized (.rds) objects supporting the analyses presented in the manuscript "Extracellular vesicle-enriched SPP1 programs MMP11+ fibroblast states to drive immune exclusion in lung adenocarcinoma". The dataset includes processed Seurat objects, CellChat objects and Monocle2 CellDataSet objects used for downstream single-cell RNA-seq analyses. Raw sequencing data were obtained from publicly available GEO datasets as described in the manuscript.
