 With the rapid development of communication technology and IoT (Internet of Things) technology, WSNs (wireless sensor networks) are widely used in various fields. However, due to the characteristics of sensor networks themselves, such as: very limited computing and communication capabilities of network nodes, large number of network nodes, uneven distribution, and rapid changes in network topology, wireless sensor networks need to consider energy consumption when transmitting data.We propose a new algorithm to form a routing tree, through which data is transmitted to the base station. The simulation results show that compared with LEACH, our algorithm can better balance energy consumption and extend the network lifecycle
