Sequencing of Clostridium difficile isolates from dog paws and shoe soles

In this study we evaluated the presence of C. difficile spores on soles of shoes, slippers and on dog pawns to explore the importance of these surfaces as vectors for dissemination of C. difficile in domestic environment.
