This dataset supports the study titled \u201cImpact of Antenna\u2013Probe Separation on Field Probe Calibration Accuracy: A Comparative Study Around the IEEE 1309 Standard.\u201d It includes calibration measurements of an electric field probe conducted in a fully anechoic chamber at three antenna\u2013probe distances: 1.0\u202fm, 1.5\u202fm (IEEE Std 1309 reference), and 1.9\u202fm. For each configuration, measurements were taken across eleven discrete frequencies ranging from 500\u202fMHz to 8000\u202fMHz. The dataset includes theoretical field strength values, raw electric field readings (maximum, minimum, average), and derived correction factors in both linear and logarithmic formats. Additional data includes the computed deviation in correction factors (\u0394CF) between configurations, and results of a frequency-dependent polynomial correction model designed to mitigate the systematic offset observed at 1.0\u202fm. All values were obtained using ISO\/IEC 17025-traceable instrumentation. This dataset enables reproducibility of the study\u2019s findings and supports future research into probe calibration, traceability, and correction modeling for non-standard test geometries.
