Raw example data associated with the publication "Graphical and Interactive Spatial Proteomics Image Analysis Workflow"

This is the raw data associated with the paper "Graphical and Interactive Spatial Proteomics Image Analysis Workflow". A sample spatial image file (240508_VET_QCTMA2_A2_55p_Scan1.qptiff) containing tissue microarray (TMA) stained by high-plex immunohistochemistry data, the QuPath project folder and files for this image, a Jupyter Notebook file (BWBQuPathClustering.ipynb), and workflow data file outputs (test_image-cell-measurements.csv and leiden_clustering_export.csv) are provided in this dataset.
