The direction of differential regulation is given by UP or DOWN, indicating the direction that gene expression moved in the treatment (listed first) vs. the control (listed last). Genes are only considered differentially-regulated if the LPE z.pv Methods. Only genes with significant findings for at least one of the comparisons are shown (genes in the same categories that were not affected by any of the treatments are not shown). This Table is a subset of Table S3 from Supporting Information, which lists all genes with inflammatory annotations. Blank cells indicate that the gene was not-differentially-regulated for that particular treatment comparison.
