The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of knocking out TRBP and ADAR1, both cofactors of Dicer, on mRNA expression and miRNA processing in human cells treated with interferon (IFN). Using mRNA sequencing, we aimed to elucidate how the loss of each protein influences IFN-induced transcriptomic changes and RNA metabolism, providing insights into their roles in RNA regulation and immune response.
