De-identified computed tomography datasets of seven (7) human C0 (cephalus) to T1 (first thoracic vertebra) specimens, with PMMA blocks and retroreflective motion capture markers, in DICOM (.dcm) format.Scanning parameters and specimens IDs (Folder Names) correspond to those detailed in the following manuscript:D.W.
