Zebrafish Seizure Behavior Motion Analysis Dataset Part 1

This dataset includes two zip file datasets which are representative of multi-camera array microscope (MCAM) acquisitons of 3 and 5 dpf zebrafish and eight key point tracking analysis results. These two files along with "Zebrafish Seizure Behavior Motion Analysis Dataset Part 2" can be used to test the functionality of the provided analysis scripts in our GitLab repository. Please note that results will differ from those published because more datasets were pooled to generate final results. Due to data size storage limitations, not all data can be uploaded here.
