Mechanosensing brain tumor cells construct blood-tumor barrier to mask chemosensitivity

This dataset includes the raw single-cell RNAseq data from Math1-Cre;SmoM2 and Math1-Cre;SmoM2;Piezo2 fl/fl mouse medulloblastoma model. In this project, we focused on transcriptomic alteration caused by Piezo2 knockout in Sox2 positive MB initiation cells.
