A microarray was performed in order to screen the changes in gene expression following Lynx1 knockdown in 2 human PDAC cell lines Miapaca and BXPC3 and using two specific siRNA to Lynx1 Overall design: Two different siRNAs (Invitrogen, Germany) were used to modulate Lynx1 expression. These were siRNALynx1-ORF directed toward the open reading frame tested in both Miapaca and BXPC3 and 3’ prime untranslated region (siRNALynx1-3’UTR) tested in Miapaca cells in comparison to a non targeting siRNA as a control used in the respective cell lines
