Results of selections performed with the PHILODiamond library and with other libraries.

In the left column, antigens that were used for selections are listed in alphabetical order. After 2 or 3 rounds of panning (ROP), 94 bacterial colonies were grown, induced in 200 µl 2xYT media and checked by ELISA for the presence of antigen-specific scFv fragments. The number of positive clones (out of the 94 colonies screened) corresponds to ELISA signals, which were higher than the signal of TG1 cell supernatant (negative control) by at least 20-fold.
