To provide a broad-scale map of active chromatin in adaptive immune cells (CD4+ and CD8+ T cells and CD19+ B cells) and innate immune cells (CD56+/CD3-NK cells and CD14+ monocytes), we performed ATAC (assay for transposase accessible chromatin) sequencing on resting and stimulated cells for all five cell types at 0, 2 and 24 h.
